I found the staff very helpful. They answered all my questions. The room had a contemporary design. there was a cute message with chocolates. I appreciated the comfortable bed. I also liked the customer service at reception. It was amazing.

The double room i stayed in was quite spacious! the bed was firm and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. i also appreciated that the room was quiet. I couldn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms or outside. the location was also great with tram stops nearby.

the hotel had a convenient location near grocery stores. the bedding smelled clean which i appreciated. it was also close to the bemove garage , made parking easy.
the room i stayed in did not have a fridge. i also noticed there wasn't a tv. it was quite hot even with a fan. i also didn't like that they only accepted cash at the machines and charged a fee for using their cash machine.

The room was quite wide and cozy with a nice restroom that featured a tub. I found the location to be really good as it was near the tram station. After checking out, I left luggage and the hotel locked it up while I explored. The staff was very friendly.
